Through my education in Spiraldynamik® I have become increasingly convinced of it's qualities not only in preventing injuries but also in enhancing ballet technique.
By incorporating the Spiraldynamik® principles into the existing ballet technique, the dancers learn to respect their own corporal structures, understanding where their limits are and how to safely push these limits once the proper muscular strength is obtained. The understanding of the three axis through the body aids in developing a correct body posture and a fluid mobilization of the body's joints.
